I took it back and they did some fix up and made it much better. There are additional issues and I will need to take it back again. Plus one of the cameras on the tesla is out of alignment now. I'm confident they will take care of things, but I'm honestly sick of needing to take it back for reworks. The entire hood is also less that perfect sort of waves lines on it. I'm taking it back again when I can. Really disappointing, they did PPF on another vehicle for me and it was perfect. When everything is confirmed solid, I will update this review.

Wanting to give the tint company the benefit of the doubt, we brought the replacement window back to them for the second tint job. Unfortunately, within ONE HOUR of leaving their shop, the replacement window shattered again. The window had been properly transported and handled on our end, and there was no damage from loading or unloading the vehicle. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing concern, the company immediately blamed us, became extremely unprofessional, and even cussed at us during the conversation. At no point did they try to help resolve the issue or stand behind their work. Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being treated disrespectfully and blamed for a repeat issue right after service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with expensive glass or tint work.

I received a call that that the car would be ready in about 10 minutes. I informed her that I would be back in 30 minutes. When we arrived, there was no one in the office but the key was sitting on the counter and the car was parked up front. Which was kinda scary because anyone could've driven off in the car! When my son got into his car there was a razor blade left on the driver side seat! When we got home, we saw that there was white film/residue on the interior of the rear doors. Whatever they used to remove the film was left to drip all over the doors and it was apparent that no effort was made to prevent the interior from getting wet or to clean up the mess they made. I went to Darkside based on the reviews. It was disappointing that this was our experience.
