Stay away!! Stay far far away! Followed the directions as precise as possible. The rinse cycle quit midway through; leaving soap on the back portion. The car is small, so it makes no sense why it was incomplete. To add to the problem, the dryer was going at the same time as the rinse cycle. So it left water marks on the front half, and dried soap on the other half. Tried calling customer service. The phone rings and rings, with no answer or answering service. In my opinion, you shouldn't like them on Facebook. read more

When you pay for the "ultimate/premium" level wash in a drive through tunnel wash, you expect them to last a good while and have several stages to them. This wash was subpar and far too short. Not surprised the results were poor. I paid for the most expensive wash, thinking it would do a great job. It should have for $15! My car was not caked in mud or anything. Unfortunately, my car still had a fair amount of dirt on it and the blowers did not do a good job drying my car. I won't be going back. read more

I recently purchased a subscription with this car wash because I thought hey it's a good deal pay monthly & get a wash whenever you want for one monthly payment . Since the first day I got the subscription I have not got a legit wash . The first day I only got water no soap meanwhile the guy in front of me was getting just soap . He also had the subscription. It's been almost two weeks in and still can't get a wash that I paid for . Every time I show up to scan the code the car wash won't even start & I call to get the car wash started & not even they can start it on their end for me. & all they can do for me is push my billing date three days & tell me if I want I can purchase the car wash and they will credit me for next month . Like how do y'all expect me to want to continue to pay the subscription when I have yet to get a wash worth it . Also every time I see someone pay for their wash with their card and I see not even they get soap or the spot free rinse but they expect me to want to pay for a car wash when it's not even going to wash my car correctly . I 100% do not recommend this place at all . They take your money and don't even wash your car correctly . read more

Upon entering everything was normal, the underneath sprayer(s) started but then immediately quit. No matter what I did that was the "end" of my carwash I finally left without a wash. This place is not worth the money. I paid 15 dollars for a carwash to litterally just wet my car. I had to go to the walmart next door to buy a shammy to dry my car off.
