Further more the little "specials" of the week I've never been offered, this saying if you purchase on Monday a 21$ wash you get a free one...... hummm 4 years never happened. I wouldn't go here if it was the only Carwash on earth! I went, bought the best carwash on the menu, had been waiting in line for 20 minutes. There are 2 lines, no one was in the second line. A guy pulls into the second line and thinks he is pulling in front of me!! I don't care that the sign says alternate lanes, I call for the manager. He comes to my vehicle, I tell him the problem, he is very young! He points to the sign, says I have to comply no matter long I have waited. Took my minivan for a full service interior/exterior wash. They were quite busy, but the wait wasn't terrible. The problem was that they only vacuumed PART of my vehicle. They completely ignored the back (behind the seats) which they vacuumed for the car in front of me. They also missed some trash on the floorboard, which their signs tell you to place trash on the floorboard to be thrown away. And the floor mat for the second row was only partially vacuumed. The radio was still dusty, and much of the interior hadn't been wiped down, among a spotty vacuum job. I also paid to have the tires dressed, which they weren't (on either of my two visits.) Who knows if the underbody was actually cleaned? And on top of all of that, both times I've been here, my front license plate comes out severely bent; enough where I have to remove it from the vehicle and flatten back. After two poor visits, the worst being today, I won't be returning to this car wash. read more

Well first time and last time to this place, started just fine but once in no way to stop. Nobody was monitoring the dry/tire station which was backed up and no where to go. I do believe hitting your brake while in there is not a good thing causes the roller which is pushing you forward to go under tire lifting your vehicle. Anyway my truck got hit from the back because we were jammed at the exit. Need more people or better control/visibility of pushing cars through if your station is over flowing. Would like to give the staff more stars because they were working hard just no visibility of next station. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line for 1 hour and 25 minutes. No not exaggerating, literally an hour and 25 minutes!!!! I was 5th in line (for EXPRESS interior cleaning) when I arrived. Then where they park you has dirty water so when you get back in your freshly vacuumed car you get your mats dirty. The kids working were more concerned about counting tips than actually working. My car is a month old so as you can imagine it's pretty clean. The kids vacuuming were slow. And drying was a joke. Definitely won't go back. read more

You can get your car vacuumed and interior detailed or you can self serve yourself we picked to have someone detail the inside and outside. Overall satisfied with the job the wash did. Nearly clean, not really clean. I would say their $12 wash gives an 80% solution with some elbow grease needed when you get home. To be fair, this is the best you can expect from any machine wash (with no human intervention). Although they have a couple of people work on your car on your way out, they spend less than a minute drying the windows then you're done. read more

i used to work here and know people who do still work here and ive been hearing alot about power trips and belittling people about a manager in odessa that helps corporate cough* crystal cough* and making workers work in the cold when the car wash is not busy when shes inside warm because she wants the company and the employees to micro task because the company is falling apart they are low on staff because the dont know how to treat there staff, and because of that the company is now going broke and not making money because they wanted to raise there prices of the car washes which was a horrible idea btw but some of the people that work there are very nice and the manager at the site on wadley are very good managers there not keeping all the employees busy at all times because they understand its not that important to clean every little thing when is super cold for the employees but id really like for the place to shut down they really suck here NOT THE EMPLOYEES the corporate management sucks read more

So, I had heard great things about this place from friends. It was after a couple of rainy days, so there was a long wait. I get that. I ordered the 'deluxe' treatment for my dirty car. The vehicle in front of me was getting a total brush down before entering the automatic part of the 'spa.' Color me impressed. So impressed I gave a nice tip up front. What I got was a couple of swipes with the brush. After a brief hand dry, another tip, I went on my lunch. Imagine my surprise to see the entire back of my car still dirty! It's an okay car wash. Don't count on them actually drying your car. One guy stands at the end of the line when your car exits the dryer and hurriedly wipes your car here and there as the line is still moving. They don't let you pull off to the side where they can actually dry it. read more

We stopped to wash my boyfriend's truck and paid for the Supreme Wash and it must stand for supreme disappointment because they did a terrible job. The wheels were not cleaned, the tailgate and the grill were still dirty. When we stopped for gas about 20 minutes later and noticed it was still dirty my boyfriend called spoke to Vincent who was argumentative and offered a "$2-$3 refund" or we could go back and have it washed again. By this time we were 20+ minutes away and driving further west, it wasn't worth our time or gas to turn around for a "free" wash. I went to get my car vacuumed & inside cleaned before getting it washed. The first girl finished the car she was working on & left, a young man came and started working on the car before mine, 45 min later, he starts on mine, gets it vacuumed and started walking off telling me someone else was going to finish - he was going "on break", the young lady that was supposed to be finishing my car was over talking to the boy that was drying the cars. I got in my car drove to the cashier and told her what was going on and she said the girl said it was all done, I asked her to look at my car - she said your right it isn't done & is still very dusty. She called the manager but that was a joke - manager never came to talk to me but did tell the cashier to charge me $4.00 for the vacuum. I gave it 2 stars because of the set-up. It cleans your car and is fairly great alone with drying. They recently changed there policy for low paying customer don't get drying anymore. Also I've had several instants where I either had a fender bender or near one because they failed to see the cars piling up and stopped the wash. It used to be amazing when a man ran it. He was kind and his workers followed his lead. Now it seems they are corporate run and money hungry for oil field business. First and last time going to Soft Suds. I paid for the Supreme and still had a crap load of bird crap still on the top of my SUV. I specified that I wanted to make sure the bird crap would be gone and was told that after going through the car wash the employees would wipe it down clean. Wrong! Theft of Services. I specifically instructed them to cancel my monthly pass. They put me off and ended up continuing to charge me. I asked for a refund and they said they could not refund the money, but I could continue to use the carwash for another month. This seems like a scam to me in order to get additional money when they were instructed to cancel the account, all the while blaming the "system" and they couldn't do anything about it. This place is awesome for the cost. For $13 you get hand scrubbed before entering the automatic wash and then hand dried after exiting. It may not be perfectly spot free, but I've spent the equivalent and just basically receive a pressure wash. Best bang for your buck in between full detail's. read more

The quality is not worth the money, your car still comes out dirty. They prep the car they miss the hole bottom and don't spray the front at all. They wipe the car down with dirty rags. When you get out and check your vehicle, you have to wipe down the water spots your self including the bugs in the front, and the dirt on the sides. If they would only prep correctly and adjust the pressure correctly with in the wash it would all be take in care of. Balance is needed for quality and quantity. The under body wash they say they have, you don't even hear it at all. They don't have a rear washer as other car washes do that want to charge the same prices. i had the worst interaction with this car wash today. i have a brand new gmc sierra pick up and made the mistake of tunning it thru there car wash today not only did it not clean my truck well for the 16.95 ultimate wash i paid for but it scratched the passenger front fender and drivers bed rear quater all up.i drove straight home and called there number and spoke with who i am assuming is the women owner and just got negative run around on how her car wash is not capable of doing that. i again in a calm voice tried to reason with her to only keep getting excuses and no offer of my money back or them try to get the scratches buffed. next thing i know she just hung up on me and i tried to call back and she sent me to voice mail then blocked my number this place is a hazzard to cars and the owner and or managment is proberlly the worst quality i have come across and i will be seaking damages and going further with this. please stay away go to heffners they are quality read more

Had my Honda Odysey get the full service ($16). I have two toddlers and one baby on the way, so I wanted to really get the car cleaned good before #3 came along. The windows were streaky, the grime in the places where the seats lock into was still there. The floor mats were left dirty, the cup holders were left dirty. My car basically looked dusted and smelled good after they were done, but that was it. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I expected the interior to the CLEANED, not just dusted and vacuumed. read more

Went to the Big Spring location - had to sit in the sun too long before they wiped the windows - spots wouldn't come off. Went shopping and when I got out of the car there were horrible streaks all over. I then went to the Wadley location and explained. They rewashed it and it was the same plus the rinse didn't even wash off the soap on one side. Horrible streaking! I had to go home and redo it all. I always liked Soft Suds until their upgrade. I would suggest that anyone who has pride in their vehicle not use the Big Spring Street location. They have no pride in their work or loyalty to their customer. If their system does damage to your car they will in no way attempt to make you whole, even after admitting that it was probably their system that did the damage. Very poor management. read more

The individuals who dry your vehicle use the same cloths to spray window solution on the windows then dry the body of your vehicle. Having a dark colored truck, the 2 times I took my truck there, I was left with circular dry streaks all over the body of the truck. I think my truck was better BEFORE it was washed. In no way does this facility use spot free finishing. read more
