The customer service was top notch, the prices very low, and they were kind enough to upgrade me to an Infiniti SUV, one of the nicest rentals I've ever had, and I spent about every other week renting from Avis for years. I would recommend this Enterprise location in a heartbeat for their professionalism, courtesy and good fellowship. Pro tip: Enter from Orfus, not Dufferin, because of the major construction going on in this center.

The car was in pretty okay shape - some sounds coming at a certain speed but never broke down in the middle of the road. Heated seats were great in winters. With staff, there are a few issues. The person, who handed over the car, didn't do a proper paperwork. There were a few things missing for which we had to go to their office and get it all sorted out. The lady sitting at the desk isn't on her best behavior ever but she does her job pretty good. So, don't expect any goodies - but personally, I prefer to deal with people who do their jobs well and may behave rudely instead of someone behaving nice and screwing up the work. Also, I had asked them to let me know if an SUV is available then I would like to switch over to that. However, I never received any call - I can't imagine any SUV didn't free up in a three week period. I would still prefer Budget or Enterprise considering the overall experience.
