My car had a leak in it which caused it to mold pretty badly and for water to get trapped under the carpet's and they did such a good job fixing the mold issue. It was so moist and just gross in there before and now it feels like a brand new car and it looks like a brand new car. it was a little pricey but I don't regret it because how good it looks and how well they treated it. I would definitely recommend this place if you ever have mold or water damage or just want your car cleaned. read more

Jason was so nice and took extra time assessing the issue in my car and explaining exactly what needed to be done. I had a water leak inside the car that caused mold to start growing. Becky took the jeep there to be detailed. The jeep was in a really need to be done. It has been to the beach a number of times and was loaded with sand and all other types of accumulated grime. They did a very good job on the jeep. All the carpets were cleaned. Not a speck of sand anywhere. Windows cleaned tires nice and shiny from being treated. Inside was immaculate. It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Prices were pretty good for what was done looking at the jeep. Give them a call and set up an appt. They did a phenomenal job. read more

My car was in desperate need of a full interior detail- from animal smell to spilled coffee to melted ice cream, it was disgusting. I did some Yelp research and settled on Auto Preservation because all the reviews said that they did the best job, despite the price. I was very satisfied with their work! They allowed me to drop my car off the night before because my work schedule wouldn't allow a morning drop off, and I scheduled the drop off with only a few hours' notice. They had my car done by 3 pm the following day. They shampooed all of the seats, carpets, even the ceilings! There was a stain on the roof of the car that was there when I had bought it, and despite a few "interior details" at a local dealership, it was still there years later. Impressively, Auto Preservation was able to get rid of the stain- no evidence of it remaining at all! They paid attention to detail and cleaned every nook and cranny of the car. They are located next to a tire shop, so be sure to pull in on the side of the tire in the road that looks like a car wash- I accidentally pulled into the tire place the first time. I am only docking them one star because of the price. It was $140 for an interior detail for my small sedan, which is definitely not a price I can justify more than, say, once a year. This isn't worth it for just a normally dirty car, but it is definitely worth it for a really disgusting one! read more

Amazing work. Very very pleased. My car had terrible interior stains from kids - food, juice, soda, mud and crayons. It was embarrassing. Kept car overnight. I'm very picky about keeping our vehicles clean and who I allow to do the work. We are new to Jacksonville and were told that these guys are the best. We had the full service interior detail with the exterior wash and wax and couldn't be happier. These guys were very friendly and professional. Our car was done within a few hours and they called us as soon as it was ready. The interior was great and the wax job was flawless. We just hit 50k miles and now it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I even had a question about a scratch on our other car and without hesitation, the owner himself walked right over and took a look without even being asked. When I brought my car in for my detailing appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule after I had arranged an appointment through the website and with a follow up phone call. As a result, I was rescheduled for another appointment. After I picked up my car, my driver's side door was not functioning normally. I could open the door from the inside but I could not open it from the outside. When my Wife asked for a discount due to the damage to the door, they did not offer a discount. Also, there was a new bleach stain on the dark dash on the passenger side. It is my understanding that detailing is meant to clean stains, not add new stains. A new stain was in the back seat that was not there when I first brought the car in to have an inside detailing job. When I scratched at the stain in the back seat, at no time did the customer representative offer to clean the newly added stain. I would give a rating less than zero, if it was possible. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. read more

You be the judge - About a month ago I took my 2014 Acura RDX to Auto Preservation based on a recommendation from a body shop in the area. I wanted to have some minor scratches buffed out and a full detail done. I spoke to Kevin the owner of AP. He looked over the vehicle and said that he wasn't sure he could get all the scratches out (3-4) but he would do the best he could. He quoted a price of $229 for a full exterior and interior detail. I finally made an appointment to have the work done this past Saturday. When I arrived and had Kevin look at the vehicle again; I also told him that I only wanted an exterior detail. He said the price would be $229. I questioned why it was the same for just an exterior only detail as it was for the full detail. He told me that he quoted that price thinking that the car was a sedan as opposed to a small SUV. When I reminded him that he actually saw the vehicle he said OK the charge would be $190 plus tax. I almost left right then thinking I'm getting scammed but I left the car with him anyway. Now since I'd heard good things about this shop I was willing to pay the premium price for the work. When I picked up the car, none of the scratches were fixed and there were two obvious bug splatters on the front bumper. When i pointed them out to Kevin he was able to easily compound them out. Now I admit that I'm pretty fussy but I would think that any detailer worth his salt would closely inspect the front bumper of a vehicle to check for bug splatter and make sure that was clean. The whole incident called into question whether the car was buffed at all and how much detailed attention was put into the job at all. Now, I will say the car otherwise looked great and had clearly been waxed but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never use this detailer again. read more
