The staff at Ft Myers, Nissan were very helpful, from the salesman, Palm, the GM Kenny and the owner,, Mike ... We had a lot of back and forth but at the end of the day there were all smiles and handshakes all around.... So, if you are looking for a dealership and staff that will treat you not only right but will treat you fairly... This is the place to go!! I would highly recommend them!!!

bait and switch experts. two months ago bought a used Nissan "certified pre owned " rogue from this…read moredealership. advertised price on line was reasonable, low mileage , nice vehicle. after test drive we said we'd buy it and all of a sudden the price was $10,000 higher than advertised. they were adding "mandatory fees " that they insisted were necessary. after standing firm and getting up to leave the fees were taken off and we came to agreement on the advertised price plus sales tax and registration. after giving them a large deposit and agreeing to finance the small balance we then had to meet with the finance manager where he told us that we could not buy the vehicle at the agreed price unless we financed the entire cost. again we got up to leave and after much back and forth he finally agreed on the terms we had originally set. A couple of days later we could not get the windshield washer to work so I checked under the hood and the windshield washer fluid was empty and the radiator fluid was low. It seems that their 200 some odd point inspection to become "Nissan certified pre owned " is also a scam. The sales people were very friendly and personable but it is all about gouging you as much as they can. I would not ever buy from them again. Watch your back.

But I never received the title to the vehicle and needed it to register my car. I called the Title Department and left messages with no response. Not so smooth after all. Then I called manger Chris. He took full responsibility and had a new temp tag for an extra month and my title fed ex to me the next day. This was great service. It was so refreshing to have someone quickly solve this issue in 24 hours with no excuses. I would definitely work with these guys again because of how Chris responded to the situation.

9 days into owning my GLC 300, purchased at Mercedes Benz Fort Myers, I have a headlight defect…read morethat no one will correct despite acknowledging in pictures I provided. I informed my salesman that there was a very dark spot in my direct line of sight at night while driving. He promptly checked with the service department and the Service Manager told him that the dark spot was normal for that car no interest in seeing the car and completely dismissive. After protesting, I got a service appointment and showed them pictures of the dark spot they again said it was normal and gave me an 800 number to open a case through Mercedes. I insisted that they check the car and left it at Mercedes. I opened a case with Mercedes Customer care at the service department's directive, shared the picture and received an encouraging response from the agent, who after a brief hold told me to have the dealership change the bulbs. I was uncomfortable directing the Service Manager to do anything because he would not acknowledge the issue as a problem. Mercedes called Service and Service called me to say there were no bulbs that could be changed. I was told to pick up the car and shown a piece of paper that was allegedly from Mercedes engineering stating: "The 206 spotlights of the USA Version look like this: The dark oval hole of the left headlight is permanently visible; in this area we are limited in terms of lighting due to SAE regulation." The picture I shared was not up against a wall and the dark spot was in the center not the left side of my line of sight. Not sure if they even saw my picture based on their answer. The service Manager and I were at an impasse so I asked what else I could do, and he said I could talk to the salesman. It seemed odd for the Service Manager to suggest a salesman solve a service issue and I question his intent. In fact, the salesman was no help just put into a poor position by the Service Manager and had a little meltdown. At that point I asked for the General Manager, showed him pictures of the dark spot and the loaner they gave me at night projecting light against the same backdrop. The loaner GLC 300 projection was perfect. I told the GM just replicate the loaner car's lighting. To my surprise he said he liked the dark spot in the center of the field of vision. I said I preferred that my line of sight be lit up and not the ditch. In summary I was completely stonewalled. When I asked for the GM direct report, he said no. I said I would memorialize his refusal in an email chain I have going on this issue, he became somewhat more cooperative. My ask is for my headlights to project light as the like and kind loaner car. I like everything else about the car. I chose Mercedes based on safety features and the dark spot is unsafe. I await hearing back from the next level of management and will update accordingly.
