If you are going to service your BMW at Fort Myers, ask for Scott Miller. On the other hand, I also recently bought a new BMW from the same dealership from a sales person named Scott Ruby, and as a part of my purchase it was agreed to upgrade the navigation system on my X4 at no cost to me. When I brought my X4 for service and requested the upgrade, Scott Ruby denied the upgrade saying that it cost more than a little bit. I ask, what is a little bit against $72,000 purchase (the cost of the upgrade is $600). So I had to speak to the general manager (great guy with honor) about it and he ordered the upgrade. BMW of Fort Myers is a wonderful company and I look forward to continue serving on vehicles here, but don't buy your next car for someone that does not keep his word and honors an agreement.
