My nieghbor took his truck in there with a leaking cooling system. The water pump was clearly leaking in the front of the engine. This guy took the intake manifold off and said it needed to be replaced because nobody sells gaskets without the intake! he said this directly to my face. just in case you don't know you can buy the gaskets at any auto parts store. also taking the intake manifold off creates a leak because the gaskets are a one time use. He said it would cost $1100 he didn't say anything about the water pump at all. He really makes mechanics look bad, trying to screw people over like that. He is a crook, do not go there.

Finally a call from a sounding upset woman who i never seen in office saying they where delayed on my truck and short in office and hope to start on my truck monday, which they did not, anyway pedro called about 2:40pm wed. dec. 31st. saying my truck was ready, i get their about 2 hour's later and they are still putting my brush guard on ? Then my bill was over $2,300.00 although i told him to replace water pump and belt since he already has to take them off, no extra labor, part's barely over $100.00 ? Do not use, headache!!

Looked up local mobile mechanics and called Shawn. He was there in under 45 minutes and had me on the road in less than 2 hours. Fast Professional and KIND!! Every time I tried to beat myself up over the mistake I made he would just remind me that mistakes happen and we will just work this one out!! He was right he knew exactly what to do and executed it quickly and efficiently. Now here is the beautiful piece to this story that does not happen very often. On the way home to Houston Shawn and his wife Allison texted and checked in on me twice making sure everything was going ok and that I made it home ok...Outstanding human beings!!! They lost my oil filler cap, so I had to buy a new one. They left all my valve caps off my tires, no checking if other fluids. Windshield washer fluid still empty when I left.

I also purchased an air filter and new wiper blades that they installed during the oil change. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I was told they filled up my washer fluid. I didn't ask for that to be done however it was part of the service. Unfortunately, they did not fill up the fluid. The next day it rained and I needed to wash my windshield while driving. There was absolutely no fluid at all. I had to fill it myself. If I had known it was bone dry I would have filled it but I was told specifically that they had filled it up, which was not true. Hopefully they checked my other fluids and tire pressure as they stated!

During my first visit, I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was unavailable (I had checked their online inventory before visiting). I was told that if I wanted a specific car they could order it and have it by the next day for me. Although I wasn't ready to "order" a car just yet. I revisited the dealership a few days later. I had received an email showing a vehicle I might be interested in. Again the vehicle was not available. This time the salesperson offered to drive the car to me the next day and presented me with an attractive price on the vehicle. I understand the nature of businesses in smaller towns so I appreciate the attention to the matter. The inventory in smaller town dealerships must be somewhat smaller than in larger cities. But the fact of the matter is this dealership is willing to take the extra steps to help facilitate the sale. This shows me that the dealer does value my time as a customer. Now back to the vehicle purchase... I'm looking forward to checking out the vehicle when the representative comes to visit. It looks like what I'm looking for and the pricing seems competitive! Since it was Saturday, a salesman told that they were really busy and they probably wouldn't get back to me till Monday. I left 2 messages. It's been a week and no call. I was looking to buy another truck, but if this is the way they treat customers...no way!
