Finally a call from a sounding upset woman who i never seen in office saying they where delayed on my truck and short in office and hope to start on my truck monday, which they did not, anyway pedro called about 2:40pm wed. dec. 31st. saying my truck was ready, i get their about 2 hour's later and they are still putting my brush guard on ? Then my bill was over $2,300.00 although i told him to replace water pump and belt since he already has to take them off, no extra labor, part's barely over $100.00 ? Do not use, headache!!

You can risk wasting your money on this place, but I spent $3k with this man and he's not doing a damn thing about it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't trust this man.

They lost my oil filler cap, so I had to buy a new one. They left all my valve caps off my tires, no checking if other fluids. Windshield washer fluid still empty when I left.

I didn't ask for that to be done however it was part of the service. Unfortunately, they did not fill up the fluid. The next day it rained and I needed to wash my windshield while driving. There was absolutely no fluid at all. I had to fill it myself. If I had known it was bone dry I would have filled it but I was told specifically that they had filled it up, which was not true. Hopefully they checked my other fluids and tire pressure as they stated!

My family has known Rusty for years, so therefore, I trust him with my car. I called Rusty the week before I was going to be in town and told him what all I was needing done and when I'd need my car back. I dropped my car to Rusty that Thursday evening before he closed. I left for Houston Friday morning. Saturday afternoon Rusty contacted me...he had: put new rotors and brake pads on, serviced my air conditioner, replaced a sensor and done an oil change and topped all fluids.....all at a very reasonable price. Rusty always takes the time to explain everything he's doing to my car and I appreciate that because I've never gotten the feeling he was trying to get over on me.
