Before entering, a staff member visually inspected the vehicle, found no issues, and waved him through. After the damage occurred, the on-site manager reviewed it and agreed there was no obvious reason the brush should have grabbed the bumper. She filed Incident Report #3391 in their system. Despite this, no one from the local site followed up. I had to contact Whistle's corporate customer care myself to get a response. After asking me to provide photos and basic info, they eventually replied to say the bumper had "pre-existing damage" and they would not accept responsibility. I asked for a copy of the video footage that supposedly showed this "pre-existing damage." They refused to release it without a court order. The damage isn't enough to justify the time and cost of a lawsuit--but it still left me with a car that needs repair and no support from the company. Their refusal to provide video evidence or work toward a resolution shows how they handle claims--by stonewalling. I can't recommend this business, and I won't be returning.

They were upfront and honest about everything. I have a beagle/border collie who sheds like no tomorrow and the guy said it would take longer and cost more to guarantee all the dog hair removal. I told him not to worry about it as it would just come back and I just want all the sand out of my car. He said no problem. The attention to detail is amazing and they got pretty much all the dog hair too. Plus, not a grain of sand in sight! They also left it smelling good.
