The Grosbeier driver was nice, and worked hard to get him out & up on the road. he knew what he was doing for sure. we appreciate his help in an otherwise stressful situation. This was Tuesday March 17, 2026 the first day my son went back to work after the 3-day blizzard with record snowfall. I think 33 inches or something like that. The driver must have been exhausted, but he was top notch. I highly recommend them. the price was a good value too.

WARNING! WARNING!…read more DON NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought a Chevy Bolt from them with a five year bumper to bumper warranty and they refuse to honor it. They tell me that since they changed from Olson to Patriot they are not EV compliant, even though they SELL Silverados! It is the same store, same shop same staff. They even replaced the battery on my Bolt when I bought it, so I know they are equipped to work on it. Here is the kicker. I need the WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP FIXED!! This has nothing to do with being and EV. It's just the windshield washer. To make matters worse, the service guy I spoke to, in person, inadvertently implied to me they could WORK on the car, they just wouldn't honor the warranty. Now to the serviceman's credit, when I called a couple of hours later and offered to PAY HIM to fix the windshield washer on my Bolt, he said he wasn't comfortable taking my money (once again, saying he COULD fix my car) when I had purchased a warranty. However, imagine my frustration at being convinced by the salesman to buy the warranty only to have that purchase prevent the service department at the dealership WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR from fixing it, when they could! It is obvious that Patriot Chevy, by virtue of "allowing" their EV compliance to lapse can get out of honoring warranties. These people are friendly rip off artists. They will smile at you and lie to your face. BUYER BEWARE

When we contacted the owner he said that we could bring it to the shop to get it fixed. We were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired so that we could take it there and in the meantime the owner reached out to AAA and said that they did not do the damage so they would not be repairing it. He was rude and they did not take responsibility for the damages that they caused. My son-in-law works at a car dealership and he said that one of their tow drivers scraped up a vehicle that it was dropping off to the dealership. So obviously this is a pattern. Stay away!!!

We seriously considered disposing the car, but amazingly this big, heavy, complex part showed up for $95 SHIPPED on EBay with great reviews. Now the problem was to find a shop to install this complex part (hint: it holds the engine up, and attaches every which way to the frame and struts(?)). Well, the next day we picked our car up ready to drive again, the charge was for 4.5 hours of shop time. This seems more than fair in a world of rusted bolts, missing pieces, potential (major) alignment issues, and many potential complications! Car is driving without any hit of alignment issues even at 70 and even 80mph. So we are happy, and we are looking to work with Leon's to find just the right used car in the future, now at our leisure, because her car is safe again. In fact, I am so happy, I might just let them work on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler that has a growing list of "restoration" projects. Finally, it is nice, and perhaps rare, to find a single shop that does mechanical work as well body work.
