A few weeks ago, my family found ourselves in a bind facing a vehicle locked, with the keys inside. Also, this was at a campground to boot. I got a referral for Simonar and a phone number. In barely over a half hour, the truck arrived and we were able to retrieve the keys, and enjoy the rest of our weekend. I've had tires repaired here a few different times. They always get the job done quickly and prices are very reasonable.

Simonar's is amazing! Despite being close to closing time they came for an emergency pickup on a moments notice. When Dylan arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained what needed to be done at got right to work to get my truck prepped to tow and we headed to the shop in a short amount of time. I was also very impressed with how quickly he worked and still took a glance from time to time make sure I was safe with traffic moving by. Upon arriving at the shop I was immediately greeted by friendly and concerned repair and office staff. An assessment was immediately done and the solution proposed taking into consideration not only materials needed but my schedule and upcoming events to find a convenient pick time up for me. Simonar's not only took the time to make sure the truck was safe to drive until new parts arrived, the repair was done immediately upon receipt of the ordered parts and my tuck is performing like nothing ever went wrong. Worst service received in my life. They were towing my car and said I don't need to grab my stuff out because I could come tomorrow. Lied to my face they refused to even show me my car and refused to tow to anywhere because they didnt want to deal with it. Honestly any other service you're gonna be better off. Overpriced and crappy services. And just an awful place I will never ever in my entire life return to this place and recommend the same for you. read more
