My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

We read about Legit Automotive on Subaru/Saab forums, as a shop with high customer satisfaction. My little Saab has suffered from howling in the front end, which stymied Daytona despite keeping my car for two weeks to repair the speedometer (which in all fairness requires way more extensive work than it sounds), and replace the clutch. Howling in the front end could be lots of things, from a relatively easy repair to an expensive one (differential). As we had hoped, this was a wheel bearing issue. Legit also fixed the air conditioning without much fuss, by replacing a part rather than the entire compressor, with the caveat that replacing the compressor might be needed down the road. The bill came to under $800 all told, and my faith in humanity was restored along with it. I've never been happier with a garage outcome, and Legit will have my business as long as I'm still loving my Saab.

I asked if they could pour the rest in the jug I have in my car. She turned around and said well you should've said something earlier. She then proceeded to put all her weight on my power tailgate to close it instead of using the button and when I said something about her to use the button, she just walked away and left it half open. It didn't damage my tailgate, but I'm pretty sure that's not good to put your weight on somebody's tailgate like that. Also found the price compared to other companies like lube city or Midas are very high. I paid $140 for a synthetic oil change.

The next day they brought it to my house the same way and after I complained, they fixed it and made me pay more money. They gave me an inspection paper that said everything was fine and after 3 days the car started to shake and the engine light was flashing. When I went to MIDAS to get it checked, I had to spend more than 3,000 dollars. They are not trustworthy people.

Wheels full of mud affected the balance and alignment, and a bent wheel. When asked about these issues, they said they 'stand behind their tech', and sometimes bad stuff just happens. Certainly a very unprofessional shop, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
