My partner and I visited this facility on 23.01.18 to wash our two vehicles. We were very disappointed with the quality of the facility. I noticed the next day that a $0.50c charge was applied for each of the two Paywave transactions we needed to obtain $15 worth of tokens. I do not recall seeing notice of this charge when using the facility and if it is advertised, it is obviously not in clear view. The 'high pressure soap' was simply high pressure water - no soap came through on either of the two bays we were using. When using the foaming brush, there was hardly any foam (with audible gurgling from the brush indicated that it was low on foam). This meant we needed more tokens to complete the job on each vehicle. The vacuum and fragrance bays were in a feral and disgusting state, with the bins overflowing (clearly hadn't been emptied in a long while as allot of the trash was decaying) and rubbish laying around everywhere.
