We went this morning to the local dodge dealership since we have a dodge eco-diesel and they told us they can't do anything for use since it's from Canada and out of basic warranty. We drove to multiple places that ended up being closed and got referred to upper lakes tire. Thank goodness! Brian was beyond helpful! Even though he said he didn't do much with diagnosing, he came out and ran the codes for us. This is a common problem so he was able to clear the code for us so we can get home and get it back to the dealer who gave us the warranty. To top it off, he didn't even charge us! Thank you Brian and the staff at upper lakes tire, highly recommend!

My brother suggested this place and when I called they said they could get the tires and install them that day (even though it was Christmas Eve if I remember correctly) - AWESOME! I took my car in and they completed the work promptly. I was happy with everything. Fast forward about 6 months and I was due for routine maintenance at the dealership (Lexus). Shortly after I dropped it off, they called to ask if I'd recently gotten new tires. I informed them that I had and they told me that whomever had installed them had broken the hub lock. They gave me the broken piece when I came to pick up my car and it was covered in rust where it was broken, so I believe that they (Lexus dealership) didn't break it themselves and try to pass it off as someone else's mistake. Anyway, it cost me $160 to replace it! Also, they told me that I'm lucky I didn't get a flat while I was driving because neither I or the tow truck guy would have been able to remove the tire due to the broken part. Giving 2 stars because they WERE able to accommodate me during the holidays and I appreciate that. However, to let me drive off knowing (they knew...) they'd broken that part is AWFUL. I could have been stranded! I totally understand that mistakes happen, such is life. But to not fess-up and make it right? Sorry, but that's just bad business.

They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned. All the employees are friendly. This time I took my Spyder in for the first oil change and a recall. It was done in about 2 hours. Meanwhile, I went shopping. I've purchased accessories from them and even bought my Spyder from them. They have a nice selection of new and used vehicles for summer and winter. On the show floor they have a very pretty blue 2012 Spyder I admired. Mines a 2020 so I'm not in the market, but that 2012 looked well cared for. Motorcycles not your thing they've got UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, jet skis. Heck they even have kids' size ATVs and UTVs. I got a kick out of one of the staff moving around a kid's UTV. He had to pry himself out.

We finally found N&J and when we called Norm answered, heard our issue and said he could fix it that day assuming it wasn't something beyond the brake line. It was towed to them using our AAA program and between Norm and Joey they quickly started on the issue for us. After replacing the line, bleeding the brakes (sorry Norm, I know on my Chevy that is a pain....) and 2.5 hours later I was on my way. $312 was one heck of a value for out of towners desperate to continue on to our final vacation destination in the U.P. Reading the negative reviews I have to wonder if those people really appreciate being helped in the worst of situations. This shop and specifically Norm and Joey were outstanding, friendly and very kind. They made a terrible situation for our family a fleeting memory a few hours later and the cost was reasonable compared to my own shop at home.
