May 2026: When we followed up, we spoke with Pat (the owner), and the conversation went completely differently. Pat immediately became confrontational and started yelling, saying he "don't give refund checks." Instead, he expected us to drive the truck 250 miles--while it's leaking oil--so he could fix the problem he created himself. The attitude and lack of professionalism were honestly shocking. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the poor workmanship and the way we were treated afterward, I would not recommend this shop.

This was after it took 3:30 to get them installed with an appointment a few months ago. If you value your time at all buy a a local shop. Sure you will spend a few dollars more but I've already given these people over 6 hours of my life and I've only now gotten my first rotation.
