Hours later, I recieved a call with a 3,500 repair is needed on my car. My car drove too smooth for the issues they told me I had with my car. Paid for my oil change and took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. Come to find out my oil change was never done and only thing they got right about my car was the ball joints. My husband went up later to confront them about not doing the oil change we paid for....... come to find out we paid for a deep inspection of my car i didnt ask for. Called customer service to make a formal complaint, they couldn't care any less that they already do about their customers. O /10 would not recommend thos place.

I made an appointment and dropped my car off the day prior and used their key drop off. They diagnosed the car the next day and already got my new tires on before the morning was up. The suspension issues I had unfortunately the part took abit to get from the dealership (not their fault), but they rushed to get it and got the entire vehicle fixed quick and at a very good price. The first step before anyone does an alignment is to do a quick check on all the connection joints that affect a wheel alignment. They said that I need to have the ball joint replaced. Ok, I wanted to do that work myself. What was disappointing is they said the $55 for the time looking at the car, wouldn't be deducted from the $125 charge for the frontend alignment when I return. In the front end alignment write up, they indicated it included the inspection of front end components. Very sketchy!

The techs spent the needed time to inflate, deflate and rotate the tire on the rim multiple times to ensure the tire was CENTRIC balanced within the request weight (under the national standard weight allowance). 99% of service shops of any brand will not expend the effort to fullfill my specific request. Also included was a specfic inflation for all tires and a once over to see of any additonal issue were obvious onnce the car was lifted in the air. The techs also used a torque wrench to ensure the tires were properly torqued to the manufactures required setring of 76lbs. Most facilities use an impact gun with a color coded extension on the impact gun to remount the tires to the vehicke. Highly recommend!!!
