I brought up the fact that there was lots of puckering along the bottom edge of the furniture. I was told it was because my furniture was so old. When I got the pieces home I noticed that the seat cushions quickly lost their shape. The foam was really low quality. Very disappointing as I had paid $50 for the foam for each seat cushion. Two or more pieces of foam was glued together for each cushion which I found odd. I called the owner and ask him to come and look at the furniture. He refused and told me I would never be satisfied. I recently had the furniture reupholstered and I the pieces are no longer puckered. So this was not a result of my furniture it was simply poor workmanship

His quote was 65 percent less than everyone else that I contacted and that would be about 10 companies. He also delivered the product in a very short turn around. He told us end of May which was about 5 weeks. June 1 we had our pillows. Everyone else said we would be lucky to have them by October. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I took the two…read moreodd shaped cushions in to have the foam replaced. i expected a couple weeks, it was three days! The foam inside the cushion had its own cover. The foam was stuffed inside that cover and sown back up. I think they don't charge enough for bringing life back into our couch and chair. I have never had anything recovered so I can't speak to that. What I can tell you, I had some boat cushions recovered and you can't expect them to be exactly ike when they came out of the factory.

When we called on Tuesday she said no but the workers would not leave until they had them done that night We called on Wednesday morning they were not done Owner said she would call us at 3:00 she did not. My husband went to the store at 4:45. The owners had left for the day but the workers said they would have them finished in 45 minutes Sadly I would not use this company based on their unreliability
