I was under the (incorrect) impression that you needed a wholesaler's or restauranteur's license to purchase things here - not so. They also have chest freezers, gas stoves, even popcorn machines! Found a higher quality baking pan than at your typical big box store, as well as a specific kind of tongs I was looking for - something with silicone tips that can pick up ramekins. Went in there- found a few pieces I wanted but another was out of stock. Lisa, one of the associates, was so friendly and quick to help me out. She told me when they'd get one in, said she'd hold it for me, and recommended which day to pick up to take advantage of an upcoming sale! Very cool. Huge selection- really helpful staff. Will definitely be back and likely purchase too many things like I did both times I've gone so far! It's ok. Worth it.
