Not the case with Ertl though. Our 'beater' car exclusively for driving to and from post was having some issues, so we managed to get an appointment with Ertl & Co, dropped it off and waited to hear back. They went above and beyond--replacing parts, cleaning it up, and fixing things that we weren't even aware needed tending too--for a ridiculously reasonable price. If anything else ever pops up, there's no question where we'll go. You're in good hands here!
