Family owned and operated, trustworthy place! Jesse and Pierre really took care of me and made my first-time car buying experience really smooth. They were committed to making it a good experience, and to make sure I got the car I needed.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! If it were possible to give autolinx 0 stars, that's what I would give them. Within 15 minutes of driving this lemon off the lot, the engine light came on, and has continued to come on until this day. Pierre has had my car in his shop on at least 7 occasions. Some of those for the same problems. I have had to rent a car on three occasions and Pierre gave me a loaner one time. Then Volkswagen of Lakeland gives me a repair estimate today...total cost for repairs needed...$12,513.55. (See photo attached from VW Lakeland) That's more than I owe on this vehicle! Inquired about a possible trade in...can't get more than $4,000 for this car after financing $13,000.Repairs made to this date:1. Water pump (two times)2. Oil leak (as you can see by the repair estimate from VW Lakeland, it is still an issue which needs repairing)3. Struts4. New coil packs and spark plugs5. New engine cooling fan and temperature sensor.6. Coolant temperature sensor switch7. Ignition coil wires. They knew I was a single mother and didn't even have money for a down payment. Shame on them for unloading this money pit onto me.If you have any questions, DM me on Instagram @flpakrbakr. I hope this saves someone else from having to live the nightmare I've had to live for the past nine months.

I reviewed the information on carsunlimited.com and honestly thought it was too good to be true. I am happy to say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the vehicle, the ease of buying, and the level of service throughout the process and afterward were above and beyond. Allen, Jamie, and Justin are exceptional. As time has passed, a couple of typical things have come up with the vehicle, and the support I've received has been outstanding. In a world where getting straightforward, honest information is rare, Cars Unlimited has been a dependable foundation I can trust. Their commitment doesn't end at the sale -- and that ongoing support has been truly invaluable. Choosing them remains one of the best decisions I've made.

STAY AWAY from MAUS NISSAN OF NORTH TAMPA!!…read more To be honest I wouldn't even give them one star but that is not an option. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been! I had advised Chris M of the exact Nissan I wanted and was told that they had located the vehicle and I went in on Friday and signed all the documents to purchase the vehicle. On Saturday I called and Chris M said he would call me on Monday to let me know when to expect the vehicle. On Monday at 5pm after not hearing from him all day I was told by Chris M. that they had sent a truck to pick up the vehicle in Atlanta and it was sold right before the truck arrived to Atlanta. That didn't sound realistic so I checked and the car had not been sold. I proceeded to text Chris M and stated same with no reply. Ironically, I got an email from Nissan customer service saying they hoped I was enjoying my new car. I advised them what had happened and lo and behold after not hearing from Chris M for days he sent an apology saying there was a misunderstanding. I replied to his apology and told him the only misunderstanding was that he lied about not being able acquire the car and insulted my intelligence thinking that I would believe he would send a truck all the way to Atlanta only to be told the car was sold. The dishonesty was insulting...I'm 69 years old but definitely know how to use the internet, lol!! The dealership states they are proud to stand by their morals and code of ethics.... I don't think that lying to a customer reflects that!! The good news is that I purchased the same vehicle from the dealership ship in Atlanta and it is on its way here!! Stay clear of this dealership!!!! I appreciate the response to my review but again your dealership is again being dishonest!! I called the dealership in Atlanta to confirm your response to my review that you were told that you could acquire the vehicle and I was told that they only trade cars with their sister dealerships (which you are not) and that they are not trading any of their 4x4 Platinum Pathfinders because there were too few made!! I was not upset about the fact that your dealership could not acquire the car.... I was and still am upset that my intelligence was insulted by your salesman Chris M because no one in their right mind would believe that you would send a truck all the way to Atlanta and be told the vehicle was sold right before it got there! I saved the text from Chris M if you would like me to send it to you.

The salesman, Alan Brodsky, was excellent. He was informative and helped with a military discount. No wonder that he was perpetually their salesman of the year. My second purchase from them was replacement Camry in 2023. Alan had retired, but a woman who had worked with him was my salesperson and seemed to work in Alan's style, low pressure and helpful. In the last week of May 2026, I brought my 2023 Camry in for a free car wash. While I was waiting, the woman who had been my salesperson in 2023 came by and said hello. TBH, I didn't recognize her, but my memory isn't so good after age 70. I told her that I was just here for a wash, but was thinking about an electric car replacement for my wife's Subaru 2016, since we had just gotten solar panels on our home. She showed me bZ and I asked if I wanted to drive it. As my Camry was not out of the wash yet, I said sure and went for a drive. Then they wanted to sit down and sell it to me. I said no, I was just here for a car wash and just was talking while waiting for the car to get washed. Also, I would have to consult with my wife since it's would be her car, and I don't even know if she wants to give up the Subaru. They asked me if I wanted to drive the car to my home and have my wife look at it and drive it. I called her, got her OK, and I said OK. She did like the car. Then we came back and again the pressure was really high to buy it right then. I told them that I didn't research this at all. Normally prior to buying a car I would look at reviews, find the dealer's invoice price, find trade-in values for the Subaru, and when my research was all done, I would come in in the last day of the month, which is when dealerships bargain the most. Despite all that, the next thing I know I was in the room with the person to do the sale. Perhaps I could describe her as a very effective salesperson. Or, someone who was took advantage of a 73-year-old whose judgment and executive function may not be as good as it used to be. I never knew what the dealer's invoice price was. I didn't know until later what the Subaru trade-in would be on Edmunds or Kelly Blue Book. When I walked out, I couldn't have told you what the cost of the car was that I just purchased. Normally there are some negotiations back and forth, and the salesperson has to go back to the manager in the rear. The only such thing was her asking if there was anything she could do that would sweeten the deal. I said how about extending the warranty on my 2023. She said she'd never heard of extending the warranty on a different car then the one being purchased, but the manager approved it. We never talked about invoice prices or military discount. All in all, I'm happy with the car but just not happy with the sales experience On another issue, the bZ has a lot of display options. I think that Toyota should have an expert in operating the car sit down with you for 20 minutes and go through important operating issues. Of course, it's all in the manual. But it's a big manual. One of the things that they should have warned you about, but didn't, is that a Li-ion battery should not be charged to 100% routinely. Just like in cell phones, which tells you that you should charge only to 80% most of the time to maximize battery life, the charge on the traction battery should be kept between 20% and 80%, except for the occasional long trip where you need to charge it to 100%. This is not noted prominently anywhere. I research it online. I called the Toyota service department and they had no idea if limiting the charging to 80% was recommended, nor how to limit the charging. I found it in the manual and you can set the charge limit to 80% or whatever you want. They need to have somebody sit down and take you through the car everything from charging issues like this, to adjusting the height of the tailgate, to customizing the seat and mirror positions to the two drivers using both facial recognition or keys.

I was quoted $32.6k out the door on the exact vehicle I wanted. After I followed up, the sales manager, Cody, told me the price had been quoted in error. To his credit, he said the dealership would still honor the price because it had already been offered. The only thing I asked for before making the drive was a buyer's order or itemized quote so I could review exactly what I would be paying for. I wasn't asking for a lower price or trying to renegotiate the deal. I simply wanted the agreed-upon numbers in writing before making one of the biggest purchases of my life. A buyer's order is designed to outline the vehicle, price, taxes, fees, and warranties so customers know exactly what they're agreeing to before signing. Instead of providing the paperwork, I was ultimately told the dealership was no longer willing to honor the deal because I asked for it in writing. That is what made this experience so disappointing. Asking to review an itemized quote before spending over $32,000 should be a common expectation for anyone spending their hard-earned money on a vehicle. Wanting to know exactly what you're paying for shouldn't cost you the deal. Throughout the conversation, I was repeatedly told the dealership values honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience didn't reflect that. Refusing to provide a written quote and then rescinding the deal simply because I requested one felt incredibly unprofessional and left me questioning the transparency of the entire process. In the end, I walked away because I value transparency just as much as price. Based on my experience, this dealership came across as very shady and not nearly as honest or transparent as they want customers to believe. There are plenty of dealerships that understand customers deserve to review the numbers before committing to a purchase, and that's where I'll be taking my business. I recommend you also do the same.
