I wish I would have come here sooner because my experience beginning to end was amazing. Anibal showed me the CHR, which was in truly pristine condition. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere, unlike other CHRs I'd seen with some obvious wear / imperfections at other dealers. The tires were new and the battery was new / recently put in. The test drive went great, the car drove beautifully and it was actually a fun ride. Anibal was great to work with! I was up front with Anibal about the price point I needed, and he was up front with me about what he's capable of doing. I think he was quite reasonable in what he offered, so I happily bought the car right then and there! The purchase went quickly. I dropped off my current vehicle at home and took an Uber back to the dealership, during that time Anibal had the car cleaned again just to make sure it was perfect! The entire experience was great. I don't have a single comment or complaint. Anibal was honest and up front about what's possible and even helped me with the buying process because it was a little unfamiliar to me. I've heard great things about Fitzgerald Subaru and now I see why! A friend of mine leases their car through them exclusively, and another friend bought their pre-owned Jeep from them a few weeks ago. As someone who has been to several dealerships between Tampa & Clearwater, I can say this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Anibal was seriously great to work with, I cannot say it enough. The customer service agent that I worked with was Jacqueline Gall, she was professional and was timely with updates. They offered a loaner car and the turnaround on the repair was wonderful. I had purchased a Mini Cooper from Ferman years ago and the service department was wonderful then, and so when looking for a Volvo dealership to diagnose and fix my Volvo I went with a dealership I knew.. and I am so very glad that I did. A month after driving off with the car I was getting transmission error signs and losing power steering. Brought the car to another dealer that was local and they said it was a recall and reset the computer system. Cool. Well the problem continued to get worse, I took it back to my local dealer and was told that the Manual dual clutch fluid had over 2 quarts missing!!! What reputable dealer sells a car like this? Another problem, which is so minuscule compared to the clutch/transmission problem was that the actuator on the gas door kept sticking and we had to rip it out and replace it. Don't buy a preowned car here without forcing them to do the damn inspection directly in front of you and force them to do the maintenance. Clearly they don't actually inspect the vehicle, they just give it a good wash and say "it looks like new! You should buy it!". The only reason I put 2 stars is because the gentleman that sold me the car was lovely and very nice. But I would not trust their service department. What a joke.... I bought certified pre owned because they are supposed make sure the car has all the proper maintenance done before you sell it. That is bad business and taking advantage of people. I have to express my disappointment and frustration with my experience at AutolinxTampa. I bought…read morean Audi A4 car at this dealership and from the first day I had problems with it. I was assured that the car was in excellent condition, we ask for the Carfax everything was good but it turned out that after leaving the dealer we almost had an accident the car turn of in the middle of the intersection the problem was because that car had a serious problem with the engine. When I took the car for warranty, they told me that the problem was with the engine (it had the engine light and epc light on ) and that they needed a month to repair it. But what really shock me was that after a month, they told me that the problem was diesel gasoline had been put on it, they stayed with the car fixing it for a whole month and when I saw the mileage it had more than 100 miles that they had driven it. I felt deceived and disappointed by the lack of transparency of the dealer. After a month without a car, the problem was not solved and I felt abandoned by the dealer. I do not recommend buying a car in AUTOLINXTAMPA due to poor customer service and lack of transparency of the whole staff. I hope this review serves as a warning for other potential buyers and that the dealer takes measures to improve its service and customer service.

While servicing, the tech rolled down my window and couldn't get it to roll back up. They manually pushed it up and acted like it was no big deal, but while driving it started to fall back down and will not close. They now want to charge me over $600 to fix an issue that they created, and unwilling to offer any discount or consideration. Fiat has a known issue with window regulator and I have already had to have this part replaced on multiple occasions, always at the dealership, to the point where I never roll my window down because this can happen. When I brought the vehicle back to address the window, the person completing intake also mentioned this is a known issue and he would never roll down the window of a fiat. If this is a known issue, why did they roll down the window and then refuse accountability for their actions? I was told due to tight quarters the have to roll down the window to ensure they get it onto the lift with no issues, but this was the passenger window and clearly there are ways around this - have someone watch from the outside. They knew this is an issue and did it anyway. Guess they were looking for a reason to find something to charge for. I had already prepaid for next year's oil changes but will not be returning despite their refusal to refund this as well.

At this point, the pattern is too consistent to ignore. Whether it's carelessness, lack of skill, or poor quality control, the outcome has been the same: damaged vehicles and wasted time and money. Steer clear if you value your car and don't want it made worse by the people working on it.
