Back on October 6, 2023, I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible from Auto Lender located at 31200 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Four months down the line, the car started making this weird noise. So, I figured I'd take it back to the dealer, get an oil change, and have them check it out. I dropped off my car there February, 25, 2024, and as of today, March 31, 2024, they still haven't fixed it. Every week, it's the same old song and dance. They tell me the part I need is coming in the afternoon, and they'll get right on fixing it as soon as it arrives. But a whole month and 1 week has gone by, and they still haven't sorted out the issue with my car. It's downright disappointing how they can just go back on their word like that. If you didn't know how to fix a transmission, you could've just told me straight up. I could've taken my car somewhere else and probably would've had the problem fixed by now. What really grinds my gears is that a month and a week after I left my car with them, I'm still left hanging without a clear answer. It's a slap in the face to any customer, and to add insult to injury, I tried calling them multiple times on March 26 and 27, and no one even picked up the phone. I've told them time and again that this is my only ride, but it seems like no one at this place cares about their customers. Looking back, I deeply regret ever trusting them.
