The problem I have is when I showed up to pick it up, the price I was charged was almost double what I was quoted when I made the appointment. The quote I was given was suppose to cover standard wash/wax to worse case (very dirty, etc). I was charged almost double of the "worst case scenario quote. Then, of course I did not have even close to enough cash so I was charged a large service fee to use my credit card. Again, great work but the communication is lacking . From them substituting used parts, not quite matching paint, and under estimating repair times it has always been something. Professional Auto Body really sets the bar high. They were courteous, organized, communicated clearly, worked with my insurance company, and finished the repair on time as promised. Besides that the repair is flawless. I'm hoping I don't have to have anymore body work done but if I do I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
