I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. They parked it in direct sunlught which hides wrong color trying to deceive me. I pulled it in parking space out of direct sun. Again paint did not match. First trip in we called on status, they said it was just painted and had to wait next day to dry and pick up. Second trip they painted it and said its ready same day. Didn't have to wait a day to dry. Obviously a con job. They didn't paint it the second go-around.
