The first time they returned my truck to me worse that it arrived- raw metal, dirt, overspray, runs, and drips in the paint. It was so bad I wish that I hadn't bothered with the warranty. The work was a solid 0/10 round 1 and a 1.5/10 round 2. They re did the work, and returned it slightly better than the first time-no raw metal and runs. Just drips, TONS more dirt, and less overspray. I took the truck back because I was fed up and decided that the KCC clowns have no business within 5ft of the vehicle. I am appointment at a competing body shop to have the body panels they pained blocked and wet sanded then compounded and polished to actually finish the job. It literally looks like they painted the truck in a sandbox then when they tried to "polish" it to "please" me, they left it in said sandbox-there are tons of swirls and pig tails all over the thing. Please safe yourselves the headache and hassle and go somewhere with employees that know what they're doing and care.

Then they started to do a compression check but they said the engine seized. Our options were to put in a rebuilt engine for over $8K, junk or donate it. We took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. The only thing that seized was the a/c unit. We now have our truck back and working fine for $1,600, Major error on 9th Street's part. Additionally, the work order to replace the a/c unit listed replacing the #1 spark plug and the ignition coil because they had been removed.
