I wanted to match as close as I could. But they still ordered the all season radials. The work done was top shelf. But them ordering something other then I wanted. That's why I gave only 2 stars. Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow. I could have made a stink about it there. But this is public and maybe they'll correct the people ordering for the customer. But since this happend. I have been going Pekin Wamart cause they would order what I want, not what they want.

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Bought come to find out in a couple weeks was finding oil puddles under car. Go to look and they didn't snug up the oil filter. The sale service is great. Parts ordering is great also. But after the first time having service done. I'll find my own mechanic elsewhere. So if you get service you better double, if not triple, check their butt's. Or your gonna get screwed.
