Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow. I could have made a stink about it there. But this is public and maybe they'll correct the people ordering for the customer. But since this happend.
