I got a key made by pop a lock Shreveport. Pop a lock will not help me. I am currently stuck in Italy TX with a newborn baby and I was hung up on & the man who answered the phone was beyond rude. He wouldn't give me a refund or call the local Texas pop a lock to get me help. I called the following day for refund & the tech said there's no proof their key was faulty and caused the problem. The owner of the company has only responded to the reviews I left but will not call me. Would not recommend this business.
