The car was delivered but there were no plates, so I wanted to check if I need to do registration and plates myself. Also, I never received any warranty information, and the Jeep has some pretty serious suspension issues, so I wanted to have that repaired ASAP. Would it be possible to have my warranty info emailed? Also Bryan stated that I would have a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, as well as 3-year extended warranty coverage. Could I get paperwork for both. Thanks, Maletta Larry [Quoted text hidden] ________________________________________ Wed, Nov 26, 2025 at 9:35 AM Hi Maletta, I spoke with the dealership and they indicated that there are several non-maintenance repairs needed including the 1) front sway bar and sway bar links need to be replaced ($1620), 2) Replace radiator and evacuate A/C ($2800), 3) Replace motor mounts ($2395). They stated that all of the repairs would have been covered if I was informed about the 30-day hold on the warranty. The dealer is recommending that I don't drive the car until the repairs are made, particularly the coolant leak due to the chance of a head gasket problem developing, and I definitely can't afford to make the repairs right now. Is there any other information that would be helpful to have? Also, I never received a copy of the contract, would it be possible to get a copy of my signed contract? You stated that you completed the warranty information on the 25th, so it seems that it should be past the 30-day hold. Do you know of any other reason why the warranty would still be pending? The dealer and the warranty company are both telling me that it's something on Autos of Forney's end, and they are unable to provide any other information about why the warranty is not active. The servicing dealer recommended that I take legal action because the 30-day clause should have started immediately, and it still does not seem to have been processed.
