My car app showed that the vehicle remained parked in the same spot for three hours. During that time, no one opened or closed the hood, turned the ignition on or off, or opened and shut the doors. Yet I was called and told that the car was ready for pickup, only to be told afterward that the engine warning light can only be cleared at the dealership. I took my car to another local auto repair shop, got a free scan, and they were able to pinpoint a loose connection and fix the problem. This level of service and disregard for their customers time, energy, and money, is completely unacceptable. Run! (Photos for reference) Background- So I took my car for an oil change (super expensive!) last Friday and immediately, I too, had the engine light come on as I was driving it out the parking lot and didn't think much of it and thought it will reset. The light persisted throughout the weekend and Monday after work, took it back in. I was asked to leave my car there so they can take a look at it. So here I am without my car and need to get to work. I have a bad feeling about this reading some of the other people's negative experiences on here. Scott's (and they also own Carl's) staff is already trying to deny that they did something so I will update this post with the outcome of the situation.

The service was quick, and I was honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. You can't expect to come in during busy times like afternoons or weekends and get 15-minute service every time. Personally, I prefer that they take their time with my vehicle to make sure everything is done right. I usually drop my car off and come back later, and it's always worth it. This is the second time Kevin has checked me in, and he's been great both times. He communicates clearly and keeps me informed about any issues with my car, which I really appreciate. This Jiffy Lube is definitely my go to spot. Thank you all for your quick and effective service!

Extremely disappointed with the way this location handled its change in hours…read more I have been coming here since moving to Texas, so I'm familiar with this location and have been a regular customer. I checked the website before leaving and confirmed that they opened at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:55 AM specifically to be first in line, get my business taken care of, and be on my way. The door also clearly stated an 8:00 AM opening time. It is now 8:30 AM, and only one employee has shown up. We were then told that, starting TODAY, they are opening at 9:00 AM. Seriously? If you are changing your hours, update your website and your signage BEFORE customers show up. It is not reasonable to expect customers to somehow know about a same-day schedule change. Now I'm already here, standing in line, and have wasted over 30 minutes because the business could not communicate a basic change in operating hours. This is not just inconvenient, it is unprofessional and disrespectful of your customers' time. I'll wait until 9:00 AM because I'm already here, but this experience has certainly changed my impression of this location. If you change your hours, communicate it clearly and make sure your
