He communicated with me very well what was the issue and gave me an amount before my procedure because it was a minor operation. Everything was amazingly done and professional. We get the truck home and it's dead the next day so we spend $1000 on new batteries. We bring it to the pete store to have it serviced and see why we had another check engine light. So they got the check engine light off and we left with the truck. Half way home the light was back on and we had to bring it back to them the next day. They said that there was nothing wrong with the truck and said it was a glitch. So once again we pick it up and take it home. This time we make it all the way home and it throws another check engine light. So we are now in the dealership for the third time. We asked RC Trucks to help us out but trying to get some service records on the truck so we can get to the bottom of the issue. All they do is give us the run around and says to have the dealership run the vin and they will have everything they need. Obviously they tried that. So we go back and forth a few times with RC Truck see what they will do to help up find some records on this truck and they have not done anything to help. She just says she did her job. We regret doing business with them. They had no problem cashing our check for 82,000 check. But they can't help there customers out. On top of all of it we bought this truck in November and it is now the middle of January and we still have not received the title for this truck and she tells me we have to go to the tag agency and pay them to get one. That is not how it should work. There customer service is repulsive. I wish we never purchased this truck from them. I'm sure they have records of who this truck was purchased from and how to get in touch with them to ask where they had this truck serviced to help us out. But instead they know they lied to us and sold us a truck that had issues and they don't care to make it right or help us out one bit. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Every time I try another mechanic I always whined up back with having him do the service on my vehicle instead. One because the price is right and another is because my vehicle always seems to purr like a kitten afterward. I never have issues with my vehicle when he touches it if you know what I mean. From experience, some mechanics when they get to your vehicle you seem to always have issues. Those are the ones I tend to stay away from. Then he dropped me off at a near by restauran so I could have lunch during the inspection time. It took about 4 hours so by the time he finished I was at The Collection, when he called to let me know it was almost done I asked him if he could pick me up since it was raining, he said yes! So the process was long but he made it very convenient and the buyer liked everything he had to said about the car so the deal was made and everybody is happy!

When I bought a new car after that, he checked it out for me and never charged me for that service. So later I had new tires and breaks put on using him. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and kind to us…read more They took their time to investigate the root cause for the issue I was having and once they found it, they also explained in detail what the situation was in elementary terms where I could understand. Their shop is also very clean. They provided excellent service and did a fantastic job. Because of our situation they even helped bump us up so that we could get back on the road safely. The service was so great that we went back for a minor repair for a moped, also. If you are looking for quality service and good pricing this is a diamond in the rough that you should be happy to find!
