I was in another part of town so I had to go somewhere else. They removed my tire and it turns out the repair was incorrectly done. So they had to repair the improper repair. I went back to phoenix to ask for a refund. The desk employee looked up my account and who did the repair and when he saw who did it, he commented the guy does bad repair frequently. The desk employee said I would have to wait for the owner because he wasn't allowed to do refunds. So I waited about 10 mins for the "boss@ to arrive. He was explained the whole situation and showed the video I made of the repair incorrectly done. He then offered a store credit. To me that was unacceptable, as I don't know when I would need it, and since I paid an improper repair I should receive what I paid back immediately, not for use some day. When the repair was done I didn't pay some day in the future, I paid immediately.. it was proven a bad repair refund me what I pay immediately. It was $50. I declined and left as I will never go back. Unfortunately this was my go to place, now they lost a customer and I also used to recommend them often. What a terrible customer service.

The 125-point inspection they claim to perform is a LIE. I bought a 2022 RAM 1500 (Stock V5T739216A) on Jan 14, 2026. 1. Less than 48 hours after purchase, the truck suffered a complete electrical failure. The battery was dead, and the Power Steering system failed while driving. 2. I took the truck to another authorized RAM dealership for an independent diagnostic. They confirmed the battery was defective, held no charge, and was the sole cause of the failure. 3. This proves AventuraJDRnever actually inspected the battery or ignored the failure to save money. I fixed the issue myself to avoid being stranded. I emailed the General Manager, Oren Cohen, and my salesperson multiple times simply asking for reimbursement for the part I had to buy. Total silence. They took my money and stopped caring.
