2 weeks ago i drove to advance auto. they checked my battery and said it was no good. i told the…read morefemale to put a new battery. she put the battery in reversed. so she crossed the terminals. shorted out everything on my vehicle. the car left me stranded at a local gas station. had to call the wrecker. brought the car to southern tire in whiteville n.c. they had the car for about a week. very inconvenient. had no ride for a week. manager was kind of hard to deal with. had smart remarks about certain things with my car. i talked to cooperate. they did pay for everything. i will never spend any money at advance auto. update-- im still having problems with my car. from the innocent at the advance auto store. my back up camera is out, also my lights for the gear shifter is out, and also the 4way flasher button is out. these problems where never fixed. im going to have to come out of pocket to fix these issues. i should of retained a lawyer.

Not to mention I had a family member who took their car twice because they told them the first time there was nothing wrong.
