I had the worst experience for an oil change today. I went there for just an oil change, the guy…read moreasked for my registration and my insurance... I didn't know if it was a new thing so I didn't think about it. He then told me because my registration was out a few days that he could not do it. So I was trying to get my registration renewed and he came out and was confused when I said I just needed an oil change. He then was able to do it. However when all was done I came out to find that they had tried to scrape off my last oil change sticker and ripped off my tint... now I was almost able to pull off the previous sticker myself so for them to need to use a tool for it is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! They didn't even care to let me know and I only realized once I had left, I was unable to go back since they were closed but I did call and his response was "oh it slipped my mind" HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND LET THINGS SLIP YOUR MIND.. when I asked them what they were going to do he said "oh absolutely nothing"... not even a sorry or anything at first. When I explained why I was very mad about it he then said "sorry there's nothing I can do". I will never be going back to them again.
