We wait for about 10 minutes get to the counter and the guy is like i dont know how to get into that system you have to wait for the other guy. So we wait about 5 more minutes and the guy is like oh no I cant figure this out either. And he looked like a manager so he should know his business. So at this point we are already 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Then he said we'll i can try to split my guys up and get you in in about 30-45 minutes. No thank you.
