I shared with her that I needed a new headlight since my passenger side headlight was out. She was quick to offer her assistance and asked me a few questions to make sure she would pick the correct light(s). She did ask if I was interested in replacing both lights and I was like, sure! She is right, it makes sense to do them at the same time. She offered a few different options and I basically trusted her opinion and went with the lights she selected. The merchandise was well-organized. Signs above the aisles. Tidy, too. I didn't have to dodge boxes as I walked around. The employees were present and I think would have helped me find what I needed had I asked, but they also gave me space to find it myself. I probably was in and out in under 5 minutes. Prices were the same as a big online store that I'm not shopping much these days. The small line for the checkout had various candy and snacks.
