Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me go home to get my checkbook to pay my deductible, because they have a fee to process credit and debit cards. I waited till the 7th and even called the night before to make sure and was told that I will get a call tomorrow. So I had called off to go pick up the car. And in the morning they changed the date to March 1th. And was told they still haven't started working on the car till today. They apologized and said they were working on other cars. I wish they were transparent with me so I could have taken my car else where instead of having my car sitting in their lot when it could be getting fixed else where. I was told my car was next in line for 3 weeks.

Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. I brought my truck in to have the bushings on my fifth wheel replaced. Instead of a straightforward job, they hit me with over $700 in labor and diagnostics. Here's the kicker: $350 of that was just for diagnosing a bad bushing. Anyone with basic mechanical knowledge knows that identifying a bad bushing takes a matter of seconds with a crowbar. It's a routine inspection, not rocket science. By the time they were done padding the bill, I was staring at a total of over $900. For what? A job that should've been half that, at most. The whole thing felt like a blatant money grab. These guys are crooks, and they clearly prey on people who trust them to do the right thing. If you're thinking of bringing your truck here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want to get gouged.
