On the second Saturday they have an open house, where families can get bags of clothes, diapers, shoes, etc. for their babies/kids. They do a smaller open house on the Wednesday following. The best part, though, is that they have a bunch of free classes. My husband and I benefitted a lot from the Labor & Delivery class, but the class on crying was AMAZING. I want to recommend it to all pregnant women and their partners!! We were much more prepared for our daughter's arrival because of that class. I will add that it's a wonderful place to volunteer, and that Maura and the rest of the staff are an absolute delight. :}

They do not offer prenatal care, but can point you in the right direction, and help you get the resources you need. They are kind, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I am prochoice. I like that they offer accurate abortion information; but just so you know, they are a faith based clinic, so if you are on the fence if abortion is something you're considering, they may help sway your decision, by discussing alternative options, resources, and support that is out there. I am not religious, but they will offer to pray for you (if you want), and their caring nature feels like a big hug. The best part is, everything is free, or by donation. You don't have to be in a special income bracket, and you don't have to be religious. They not only help you before, but also after birth. They are super sweet to check in with you by phone occasionally (if you want), just to see how you are doing, which is helpful when it can sometimes feel lonely navigating life during this time. After you give birth, they provide you with a giant basket of helpful necessities from clothes, to diapers, bottles, teething toys, and blankets; almost everything you need to get you started. I highly recommend this clinic, and adore all the staff, and people who donate their time, and money to keep it running.

Obria continued to welcome me back to check on fetal development until my OBGYN was willing to see me at 10 weeks. Unfortunately, I experienced a pregnancy loss and as heartbreaking as that was, I am very grateful that I knew at 7 weeks vs. having to wait for my 10-week appointment. The ladies in this office were amazingly kind and compassionate, even calling to check in on me and sending me a gift in the mail.
