He comes off as folksy, charming and honest in the beginning. Once he gets you under contract then he starts to show you his true colors. Not honoring your contract or wishes. Saying one thing and doing the other. Going behind your back to try and sabotage your agreement, especially if he finds a way to make himself more money somehow. Not making agreed upon repairs on time. Stealing money from you and then claiming it was a "mistake." Not refunding you when he's been overpaid and making you jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops just to get your money. Essentially just creating a bunch of unnecessary stress.
