After 8 weeks without receiving payment I reached out on June 7th. I was told the check had been mailed June 6. When the check arrived on June 12 it was postmarked June 9th-they clearly lied to me. From marking down the price by more than half without consent to holding onto my funds for nearly 3 months and then lying about mailing the check, their actions were extremely unprofessional. I sent a letter expressing my displeasure and have not had a response

Gave at least 8 of the items to the girl to hold at the counter as i continued to shop. The manager went through those items, came up to me and said one of the dresses should not have been on the rack. okay no problem! When I went up to buy the rest of the pieces , The manager took them ALL AWAY into the back without even showing me or even giving me a chance to purchase what I had picked out and tried on, Wow!!!! It's like she used me to source out items to then change them to a higher ticketed price for another time when they were clearly tagged!!! It's not like the quality of these items were worth that much . She Left me feeling completely shocked and drained. Be careful of this manager switching pieces prices and even taking items back . one of worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff is very passionate about their store and will even sell you opposite sex clothing if you look at it. Amazing mix of housewares, jewelry, footwear, clothing, games and the like. They agreed to take the sofa and sent me a contract. Basically on an item sold between $2500 and $3500 I would get 40%. As time passes the percentage gets lower. They have the right to discount the item when they feel It is necessary and after 6 months of not selling you must notify them you want the item back, if you don't do it in the specific time frame they get to keep the item. There are all kind of stipulations and fees charged and that coupled with other reviews from yelp I wouldn't use them.
