We have a set of French doors with a multi point locking system. The doors were jammed shut since one of the bolts wouldn't turn. After speaking with Greg on the phone as he tried to walk us through a few possible solutions, he came up to the house. He got the door open, was able to remove the bolt, which had broken off inside the lock, and replaced the bolt. Greg also adjusted the door since it was difficult to close.
