Longtime employee and lock expert Greg Notarmuzi began running the business Jan. 1, after purchasing the company from its previous owner. He had us stop by his place, and using the lock code and a picture of my key, he was able to cut a replacement for us right there on the spot. They were out the same day, even though we were not in a huge hurry to get the work done. Elijah easily got down into the space that I have never entered, and found the problem within 15 seconds. He told us he could fix it that day, and would return after getting some parts. He had it finished quickly and correctly. He also suggested foam insulation around the pipe and I had a can of it handy, and he did that for us, saving me from exploring that area of my home that I honestly hope I never have to go down to. Of course I honestly hope we never have to call a plumber anytime soon, but I am so happy we found a company we now trust, with fair honest pricing and knowledgeable, professional staff. I was impressed with Elijah's knowledge and Just the service of Mountain Goat. In Summit we expected prices to be crazy expensive, but this was fair pricing and amazing service!

First of all, Greg is an excellent communicator. Your call will be returned in a timely manner. He will pay attention to your description of the issue and ask the right questions to understand the situation. He will arrive within the agreed time window and work with efficiency. He has done two different re-keying jobs for us, one involving an electronic keypad override key and both requiring compatibility with the HOA's master key program. Finally, Greg is very personable and enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend. read more

We have a set of French doors with a multi point locking system. The doors were jammed shut since one of the bolts wouldn't turn. After speaking with Greg on the phone as he tried to walk us through a few possible solutions, he came up to the house. He got the door open, was able to remove the bolt, which had broken off inside the lock, and replaced the bolt. Greg also adjusted the door since it was difficult to close. Greg came the next day after I called. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The job was a fairly straight forward lock repair and the price was fair. We had just had a 2 ft snow storm the 2 days before (in May!). On the way out he grabbed a shovel and helped me clear the end of the drive so I could get out.
