I went into the store and the signs are a bit misleading bc it shows one price as a sale price but then you are required to buy at least three items in most cases to get that price. I see there is a class action suite about just this so it would seem you might want to clarify better. It is the only department store in town so I do check here often. The store is clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering. This store doesn't have a big inventory. They still have some nice clothes but kitchenware is almost bare, bedding is ok but they didn't have tablecloths. I wish this store would have more inventory so I could shop here more often. I would definitely support them. They also could use more staff. I tried something on and never saw any staff near the fitting room. Sadly, I had to give them a (generous) 3.

We were greeted with snacks and drinks and she was so accommodating and patient with my kids. Jennifer is committed to doing your nails in a way that'll strengthen the integrity of your nail. This is especially apparent in her technique of nail prep. Not something you see in many nail salons. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She takes her time and will redo something until she gets it right and everyone is happy. I first saw her for a gel manicure where she HAND PAINTED the checkered pattern one little square at a time. Then, I told her how I've dealt with super dry and deeply cracked heels for as long as I can remember and she got me in right away to start a series of 3-4 pedicures where she focuses on slowly, carefully, and gently smoothing out tough and thick calluses, the right way, restoring a healthy heel. This place is amazing. I had the most relaxing time. I can not wait until my next visit. I had a facial with MaryAnn, a massage from Robin, a reflexology for my feet from Steven. Not sure what I enjoyed more. When I left, I felt relaxed and full of peaceful invigoration. I recommend this little spa to anyone visiting the Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ area. read more
