If we had known this was the service we would be getting, we would not have used her. Even on the day of closing, she would not answer us when we needed her help and does not even have the decency to tell me she wasnt coming to closing. Most real estate agents will tell you "congrats" or something best of luck but she did not even say a word to us or show up. It was absolutely disgusting how unprofessional she is. She makes realtors look bad and being that this is a customer facing job, if you dont have the decency to respond to clients, you should look for a different field. Buying a house is a major milestone for most people and she has no care for others. After multiple attempts of asking her to communicate with us and her refusing to care, this is why I had to write this review to warn others. She does not care about her clients needs at all and is just there for her paycheck.

The secretary, Kalli Grigoropoulos, who works for him is sweet, but then does not help much when you ask for it. The owner of some of the property they manage are no better. They once left a tenant with no heat during an entire winter. If you have any dealings with these people, do take notes, and record everything. Don't trust their smooth talk.

Crucially, this communication included discussions and a definitive plan regarding the security deposit and lease terms, leading my girlfriend to understand that the rental agreement was settled and confirmed. Acting in good faith and relying entirely on Ms. Bowery's confirmation, my girlfriend promptly notified her current landlord of her intention to vacate by January 1st. This action was particularly critical as her current residence is being sold, and a buyer has already been secured, necessitating her timely relocation. Shockingly, approximately two weeks after confirming the rental, Ms. Bowery once again communicated via text message - not a phone call - to inform my girlfriend that the owners had unexpectedly decided to lease the apartment to a close friend instead. Kenny got me in touch with a local lawyer to handle both the probate and the sales contract. Kenny personally went to the coop, to oversee the cleaning and the removal of the furniture so the new owner could move in. He had to get the coop cleaned out(30 years of furniture, and house hold goods) and contacted all the people to make that happen. Kenny is honest and trustworthy. He went beyond my expectations to sell the coop and took a lot of pressure off of me at a very difficult time He is highly reocmmended.
