The buyer's realtor was horrible, not filling out the proper forms, a little shady with the inspection documentation; Yvette was having none of it, picking up the slack, getting it done, talking to the people she had to and getting it right. On a completely personal note, Yvette is a rock star, not only professionally but on a personal level. I'm a single woman with a corporate career, I don't need things sugar coated, and Yvette doesn't. You get the reality, BUT you get it with the understanding and level of empathy you need, explained the way you needed it explained. Over the top agent. Aaron went way beyond the call of duty! I was 3000 miles away after I made the offer on the house and he handled everything. I was even able to sign from California. Before the sale he so helped me out by meeting all the inspectors and keeping me posted on all the findings. After the sale, he found a roofer for me and lined me up with a contractor, since it is a fixer home! I have been nothing but thrilled with this experience. We bought a home last summer, when we thought the market was at its craziest, while living out of state and only viewing homes over FaceTime.
