Kris has done a tremendous job as my Realtor. He helped me sell and purchase a few homes so far and over exceeded my expectations each time. He sold an investment home for me for $35,000 more than I originally thought it was worth and he had it closed in under 4 weeks! I really appreciated his honesty here. I know there are realtors that tell you a low number so it will sell fast. The home didn't appraise, but Kris was a tough negotiator and we didn't have to lower the sale price at all to get the deal done. Kris has definitely earned my business from here on out. Kris also does a really good job paying attention deals for me. Other than investments, I know I have some serious value in the current home my wife and I purchased as our primary home. We told him exactly what we wanted. Inventory was pretty low when we were looking. We cannot begin to explain how wonderful our home buying experience was with Kris Kennedy.
