The attendant was full of smiles and promised to have our clothing done by two pm. it was and we got a text message . The clothing was super clean and folder with absolute precision. when I picked them the attendant wheeled them out for the car for me. Absolutely worth a higher rating than the maximum 5 allowed.

My wife had given her wedding dress altered at this store. A very simple straight hem with no…read morescalloping or lace. After the alterations were done, the dress looked horrible! Uneven stitching, bunching of the fabric, different hem lengths. The dress was essentially ruined. They offered to try and fix the mistakes, but we did not trust them after their first "professional" attempt. Instead, the dress was sent to a seamstress who managed to make the dress presentable, even though details of the botched Stitch It job could still be seen upon close inspection. The company did have the decency to pay for the second alterations and covered the cost of shipping the dress to the second seamstress. This does not, however, make up for the fact that Stitch It made such a mess of such a simple job, ruining a dress which was hoped to be a family heirloom.

So I swung into Tony's and the bye's had a look and said they'd get her done while I chowed down. Its -23 out with the wind chill so I give em me jacket and booted er across the street for a large fee n chee. What a feed.
