My ring ended up in Montreal and was going to take 3-4 weeks. I cancelled the quote still had to wait a week for it to come back as they couldn't accept packages during the midnight maddness sale. So disappointed. I'd rather pay much more for the service elsewhere than give business to a company that doesn't know the difference between 2 days And 3-4 weeks.
