They changed out a door opener and it took 2 men all day to do it. Then when I thought they were done they told me that they had to wait for an electrician to hook it up. They informed me that they don't have an electrician on staff that they contracts that out. It wasn't until the next day at dinner that I got my door back. I won't use them again until they can get there service crew fixed up. It should only take 1/2 Day to 3/4 of a day to do this work

I've never had a worse experience with a business in my life. Paid $300 for less than 5 minutes of…read moreservice (to have a lock picked), so I emailed them to see if I had been overcharged by accident. They responded by insinuating I was not intelligent enough to understand the "complex" nature of business, and when I replied noting that it's unfortunate they assume their paying customers are less intelligent than them, they told me they think I'm mentally disabled. Clearly they don't know how to run a business, and it's too bad they couldn't be professional enough to level with me. I've attached the email they sent, just so you can get an idea of the customer service you'll get if you reach out to them. Save your money - and more importantly your sanity - Ace Locksmithing is excellent and has been very kind so us so far, with way better pricing.

They quoted an exorbitant price for the service and asked for my credit card upfront, before any services rendered. When I questioned both the cost and the credit card, I was immediately hung up on. I was going to go with them anyway, as I didn't think I had any other choice, but he wouldn't answer my calls when I called back. It worked out for me in the end, however, as I did get a hold of someone else who charged me 1/4 of the price and was much friendlier.

Lens communication during each phase of the home renovation project was excellent, always sending us pictures of the progress when asked. He was very up front about costs and there were no 'hidden extras' of any kind. The workmanship was very high quality also. From ripping up sub-flooring, replacing drywall, plastering, painting, replacing doors, fixtures, knobs, tubs, toilets etc. Everything was very well executed. He provided suggestions on what to do, and even suggested ways for us to cut back on labor and material costs. And above all else, he even went out of his way to help us with some appliances even when he didn't have to and made sure he left the job site clean and tidy.
