They responded by insinuating I was not intelligent enough to understand the "complex" nature of business, and when I replied noting that it's unfortunate they assume their paying customers are less intelligent than them, they told me they think I'm mentally disabled. Clearly they don't know how to run a business, and it's too bad they couldn't be professional enough to level with me. I've attached the email they sent, just so you can get an idea of the customer service you'll get if you reach out to them. Save your money - and more importantly your sanity - Ace Locksmithing is excellent and has been very kind so us so far, with way better pricing.

They quoted an exorbitant price for the service and asked for my credit card upfront, before any services rendered. When I questioned both the cost and the credit card, I was immediately hung up on. I was going to go with them anyway, as I didn't think I had any other choice, but he wouldn't answer my calls when I called back. It worked out for me in the end, however, as I did get a hold of someone else who charged me 1/4 of the price and was much friendlier.

Talking to the employees in the office was fine and they were very polite. The service crew was not…read moreso polite, and the crew wasn't knowledgeable. They changed out a door opener and it took 2 men all day to do it. Then when I thought they were done they told me that they had to wait for an electrician to hook it up. They informed me that they don't have an electrician on staff that they contracts that out. It wasn't until the next day at dinner that I got my door back. I won't use them again until they can get there service crew fixed up. It should only take 1/2 Day to 3/4 of a day to do this work
