Well we moved in there we Took over my mother-in-law's lease she had been begging them for two…read moreyears to put a lock on her back sliding glass doors they kept telling her we have to order the part and never returned every time they made it a maintenance call it was for the same thing they said the same thing we have to order the part made my husband and my autistic son moved in and we need a lock I have an autistic son and we learned very quickly that it was not a safe neighborhood to be in Pinegate was a violent place to live yeah you had your quiet neighbors and they were quiet because they were selling guns drugs ripping people off robbing people breaking into their apartments broke into our apartment stole all of our big screen TV is all of my jewelry all of her money everything that we had in the house was stolen broken again when I was in the house with my son I'm in a wheelchair my son as I've stated is autistic we didn't know what to do we just screamed and screamed and screamed and screamed until this person got startled enough and actually walked out of my front door but came in my back door I had No lock on it because they had to order the part for almost 4 years the years that my mother-in-law live there and then the two years that me and my husband and my son live there he was so terrified after that last break and then we just up and left like gypsies in the middle of the night it was horrible to move like that we moved in with family and then we got her own place shortly after that again with our locks on all of the doors and windows this apartment is in great not like the one I love the pine brook Pinegate I'm sorry I said that wrong but the only reason I love that apartment and playing it was because my mother mother-in-law made it very inviting and didn't tell us about all the bad it was a nasty thing for her to do by not telling us and the management woman absolutely Spond from hell she was an evil disgusting woman everybody had a grill we were in allowed to have one everybody was allowed to put a little table and chairs on their back patio we were not allowed to because we complained about the lock on the back door so we just left we had three months left of our lease I didn't care enough to pay it or stay they put an evection on us we didn't care we just needed to get out of that situation and it was right at the start of Covid so we didn't need to go breaking in and stealing all of our belongings that we are just re-purchased again I had paid the rent months in advance I had always paid on time or earlier or paid three months in a row and this was how we got repaid horrible management horrible neighborhood horrible people all the nice people that we knew from the left and broke their lease 3 to 4 months after they were moved in so do not move into that dump high rent for what should be listed as the projects horrible building just a horrible place oh and also to use the pool yes pay $100 a person that's pathetic with the amount of money that we were paying for an extremely small I mean tiny one bedroom apartment we were paying $1300 and also $100 each person to use the pool so on top of that as an extra $300 on top of the 1300 for the two months that we would use the pool that's ridiculous so my little baby got to stand there at the back door and watch all the kids having fun in the pool because we didn't have enough money after having to replace all of our belongings to pay the 300 for us to try and get them into the pool and he would've only use the pool once or twice during the whole seasonIt was a horrible experience just don't do it save your money there's better places I promise you

The management team has changed and Michelle in management fit right in with the former team. Her beautiful personality, her smile and her professionalism makes you feel like you're her family. With everything I need to report, repair, replace or even just a sit down for a minute and let my hair down with her is a blessing that she is around. She is genuinely bubbly and welcoming to all. I can't leave out my maintenance team led by Dave. He makes sure the job is done and done well. No short cuts. He is very approachable, especially with the kids. I attempted to put my 11 year olds grandsons bike together. After it broke down a bit, Dave had no problem helping and teaching him each step it took to fix the problem. Who does that? Dave does. The Cranbury community is well groomed, the amenities are the best and did I say I lived here for 5 years and still in love? However, more than half the time I'm forced to go to a laundry mat because the machine to pay isn't working, machines are filthy or broken and there are only 2 locations on the property to choose from. I called and no response I until one day I used a different number, the property manager Idalis told me that my application wasn't accepted because we weren't making enough, even though we knew that our income surpassed their income requirements. Decided to increase the income threshold and reached out to them sometime this year, I was told by the same property manager that the income wasn't the issue, it was the credit score. I told her that everything has increased over the past year so I'm willing to reapply, she's gonna tell me it's not possible to reapply. I didn't know that there was a restriction in applying multiple times for an apartment. In my opinion, I felt as if they don't want to rent the apartment to me and they have people who they pick and choose to rent. This is total discrimination.

They did a great job including putting down plenty of salt! All walkways and driveways too! They would come out a few times, during and after each storm. In the summer, the pool was fabulous! Very relaxing and a great way to meet other occupants. The properties here are landscaped beautifully, the streets are well lit and all front door lights are automatic. I feel very safe. The clubhouse is gorgeous and I use the gym frequently. The management has sponsored a few get togethers and it's been fun with great food! All the people running the place are terrific...very accommodating whenever I had a question. I like all my neighbors and am very happy here. Room sizes are plenty for me. (I have a 2 BR, 2 Bath with a garage.) Enough storage for me too. My apt is beautiful and I am very comfortable. Love having a garage! I would highly recommend living here!!!

It's a really nice place to live. I usually don't like talking to people In any of my previous apartment complexes but in Glenwood I always talk with my neighbors and their kids. Jeanmarie, Melissa and Claire are the wonderful ladies that work in the main office. Extremely friendly people and 100% helpful. Sometimes I just walk in there to talk about my day and to see how they're doing. If You ever have a problem, they definitely try hard to solve it. I wish I can give this place 6 . I just know that if I ever move out of this place it won't be into another appartment complex it would definitely be in my new house with my wife and 2 crazy kids lol. #JMGlistens

Could hear every single thing my neighbor below me did. Heat never worked and I froze every night during the winter. AC unit had mold in it and you could smell it whenever you turned it on. Windows and back door never closed right and you could always clearly hear outside because of it. Snow removal was awful. Property manager would just let himself in randomly, including one time when I was taking a shower. Some units have moisture and mold issues, and I knew one guy a few units over that had to throw away all of his clothing and shoes because of the mold on them. The buildings and grounds were poorly maintained when I lived here. It was basically like living with my downstairs neighbor as I could literally hear every single thing they did, even though we had separate units. Just awful. I live here, I love it, you can always pay much more for an apartment, however, this small, 52 unit…read morecomplex is so charming; with it's lovely courtyard and gazebo, the little patios facing each other across from the manicured grassy area, make for a quiet, secure place to live. The buildings were built in the 1960's s and the brick does show it's age, but that too adds character to the living arrangement. The units are oversized, and you faintly can hear your upstairs occupants, but the space is well built and noise is not an issue. The unit, I moved into, 1-1-2021, was fully renovated and well done. The Residence Manager, has lived on the property for 26 years and takes pride in his responsibilities and workmanship and it shows. This place is a wonderful little gem, and should not be overlooked. On a separate note, the upstair occupants are very friendly and respectful and I am blessed to have them above me. I look forward to meeting more neighbors as the season gets warmer and planting flowers around my patio space.
