The Paper Vault's prices are the same or better than what I found online and it was nice to be able to see the products in advance (she has lots of books and paper samples to flip through) before ordering so there were no surprises when the final product comes. She has also been really good about not trying to up-sell me or blow my budget. For example, I really liked the look of one letterpress sample for my personal stationary but instead of up-selling me on letterpress (which is a little out of my price range...), she explained why letterpress is so expensive and gave me the pricing options for a few different styles of printing. You have to get the key (with a map to find the bathroom, connected to a large block of wood so it doesn't get lost,) from a cashier near the entrance. The bathroom didn't look the best but it did the job.
