She spent the last 4 years at Villages and she was so happy. The staff was friendly, and matched her sense of humor by teasing along with her. Despite her being mostly bedridden, she was very well cared for....Always clean, and no skin breakdown. (As a nurse myself I know how much care is needed to maintain healthy skin on a patient who is in bed most of the time) Management was receptive to any request, no matter how small. They were willing to work with us always. One time they even transported Mom to take a tour of my sister's new apartment, just because she really wanted to see it herself. Getting her to doctor appointments was a breeze. Finding arrangements for aging parents is so stressful, however we feel so fortunate that Mom ended up at Villages.

I had a horrid experience with my primary care office trying to get a new IUD placed and this office had immediate availability, which is why I made the switch. I only had my first bad experience this morning when the nurse and myself miscommunicated and she left the exam room frustrated with me. My provider then found it appropriate to suggest that "maybe I need more vitamin D because it can effect women's moods", which insinuated to me that they thought I was "just in a mood" for advocating for my healthcare. Which is too bad, BUT- If that's as bad as it gets it's still excellent healthcare in this town. I would highly suggest this clinic to anyone.

After…read moremany days of driving and sight seeing, my upper back and neck left me unable to bend or turn without pain. I called, and Nic was kind enough to open a slot for me the following morning before I left town. The treatment was excellent. Nic is a thorough practitioner who listens to his patients and treats the root problem. After an hour of treatment, my neck and back were feeling better, and by the following day my pain was gone and movement was back. He even gave me a medicinal patch for my back in case the pain came back again which was very kind. Plus, on top of everything, the appointment was very affordable.
